Sherri Watkins
Servicing Manager
Sherri Watkins joined 504 Capital Corporation in March 2022 and serves as Servicing Manager. In this role, she oversees the ongoing administration of the SBA 504 loan portfolio, ensuring all funded loans remain in compliance with SBA servicing requirements throughout their lifecycle—from funding through payoff. Her responsibilities include managing insurance and real estate tax monitoring, annual financial reviews, loan modifications, and job verification reporting.
Sherri brings more than 25 years of experience in the legal and real estate industries. She spent much of her career as a real estate paralegal, managing both commercial and consumer real estate transactions from initial client engagement through closing. In addition, she has experience in portfolio management and loan processing, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the lending lifecycle.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to service, Sherri takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and partners, delivering a high level of support throughout the life of each loan.
