Laura Sawyer serves as the Chief Credit Officer for 504 Capital Corporation. She is responsible for overseeing the 504 loan approval process, ensuring the timeliness and quality of each submission. With over 8 years of SBA 504 underwriting experience, she serves as a vital resource for interpreting the SBA SOP, determining eligibility, and identifying creative solutions to potential challenges. Laura is a graduate of Old Dominion University, and holds a BSBA in Finance.
Prior to joining 504 Capital Corporation in 2016, she had experience in both investment and retail banking, along with a strong background in corporate and small business accounting.
