Kara Cournoyer serves as Chief Operating Officer of 504 Capital Corporation. She plays a pivotal role in driving operations management, strategic growth, and client satisfaction for our organization. This includes audit oversight, credit risk management, marketing & sales strategy, and project management. Kara has 19 years of experience in banking and finance contributing to her diverse background in business development, portfolio management, and relationship building with key stakeholders. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Old Dominion University and is a graduate of The Virginia Banker’s School of Bank Management at UVA.
