Kai joined 504 Capital in June 2024 as an Underwriting Associate. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from James Madison University and brings a strong foundation in financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit evaluation.
In his role, Kai is responsible for packaging complete SBA 504 loan applications, analyzing financial statements, and assessing risk to support sound lending decisions. He works closely with the lending team to ensure transactions are well-structured and aligned with SBA guidelines.
With a solid academic background, strong work ethic, and commitment to continued growth, Kai contributes to the delivery of high-quality financing solutions and the overall success of the underwriting process.
