Glenda Carpenter
Business Development Associate
Glenda Carpenter joined 504 Capital in September of 2024 as our Business Development Associate. She works in tandem with our business development team, third party lenders, borrowers and internal staff to support the growth of the SBA 504 loan program along with marketing and research efforts across the organization.
Glenda began her career in finance while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Virginia Wesleyan College. She brings more than 20 years experience in branch leadership, small business & commercial real estate lending, and business development. She most recently served in a senior role at a regional bank focused on the financial training, development, and growth of small business owners and bankers throughout the mid and southern Atlantic footprint. Her ability to effectively manage multi-faceted projects, while providing exceptional service to all stakeholders, make her a perfect addition to support our business development team.
