Closing Manager
Donna Whitt joined 504 Capital Corporation in November 2022 and serves as Closing Manager. In this role, she partners closely with third-party lenders, borrowers, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure SBA 504 loans progress efficiently through the closing process.
Donna brings more than 28 years of diverse banking experience, including branch management, retail banking, commercial real estate loan closing and processing, and training administration. She has held senior client support roles with regional banking institutions, where she managed a wide range of loan and deposit functions while consistently delivering a high level of service.
Known for her ability to build trust and navigate complex transactions, Donna combines a detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills to keep deals on track. Her commitment to both efficiency and client success makes her an integral part of 504 Capital’s proven loan process.
