Jerry Nutt, Market Executive

Jerry Nutt joined 504 Capital Corporation in October of 2021. Upon completing a 4 year tour of duty in the US Army, Jerry attended and graduated from Western Illinois University, majoring in Finance. Jerry immediately went into banking where he started his career on the retail side of banking as a Personal Banker and worked his way up to Regional Retail Director for a mid-sized regional bank.

He started his tenure in Commercial Banking in 2005 and has 16 years of exposure in business lending with experience in Commercial Real Estate, Medical, Manufacturing, Leverage Buyouts, Business Acquisition, Business Expansion, SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 financing, as well as assisting his small business customers in the use of local government economic development loan programs to help them overcome the obstacles of obtaining bank financing.

Jerry also spent 3 years as the COO of a CDC in Illinois that administered the SBA 504 loan program where he oversaw the marketing, loan servicing, liquidations, compliance, underwriting, and loan production functions.

Jerry is married and has 2 Children and 4 grandchildren.
